Needs to focus on customer requirements. 2)      E-pbax Maintenance and amendments as and when required 3)      Incoming/Outgoing Courier/Posts.        4)      Admin Help Desk and Expense tracking related to Admin Help desk.      5)      Ensure H/K at Front office/ Drinking water needs/Snacks & Lunch purchase at office. 6)      Monitoring of Registers and Material Movement. 7)      Quarterly asset verification and updating 8)      Maintaining Library. 9)      All aspects related to security. 10)  Tracking of Inward and Outward DCs daily basis. 11)  Stationery Purchase & Distribution. 12)  Arranging/coordinating vehicle requirements for official usage.
