JOB DESCRIPTION
- Driving
sales among team members for a particular business vertical under the D2C (Direct
to Customer) channel.
- Lead a
team of Sales Development Managers (SDM) to achieve targeted Sales through
the network & engagement programs.
- Relationship
Management with key persons/authorities within the business ecosystem and
COIs for incremental sales.
- Work
with agencies involved for engagement programs to implement activation
programs and achieve desired return on investment
- Assist
in recruitment of required number and quality of personnel across the
channels
- Assess
the training needs of SDM in order for them to be highly effective in a
competitive environment
- Develop
and Implement operating plans for self & team so as to deliver sales targets
- Develop
a string business orientation and feedback channels for overall productivity
development.
- Minimum
3+ years of Direct Sales experience (Preferably Customer Oriented Industry)
- Leadership
and On Roll Team handling Experience
- Good
Negotiation & Convincing Skills
- Knowledge
of Local financial services environment (market, technology,
legislation/regulation)
- Proficiency
in English and local language, Soft Skills, Presentation skills
- Channel
Sales, Banc assurance, Retail Banking, Direct Sales, Relationship Building,
COI, Lead Generation, Team Handling, channel development.
