JOB DESCRIPTION
- Minimum 3+ years of full-time
experience on VXML based application development.
- Experience on VXML application
development and Grammar development (GSL\GRXML\ABNF) is desired with
experience in IVR application programming.
- Minimum two live project
implementation experience in VXML\Voxeo based IVR applications.
- Experience on integrating Nuance
Speech server is highly preferred.
- Candidates with Speech
recognition application development experience will be given the first
preference.
- Experience on Java/J2EE with
experience on Servlet technologies is desired.
- Experience on multi-threaded
Java programming and server clustering technologies is preferable.
- Knowledge of real-time
communication protocols, such as SIP, MRCP would be a plus.
- Strongly self-motivated on
problem solving and learning new technologies
- Excellent team player and
comfortable in a highly dynamic environment.
- Candidates with work experience
in Edify Voice Platform and/or CCXML is highly preferred.
