JOB DESCRIPTION Minimum 3+ years of full-time experience on VXML based application development. Experience on VXML application development and Grammar development (GSL\GRXML\ABNF) is desired with experience in IVR application programming. Minimum two live project implementation experience in VXML\Voxeo based IVR applications. Experience on integrating Nuance Speech server is highly preferred. Candidates with Speech recognition application development experience will be given the first preference. Experience on Java/J2EE with experience on Servlet technologies is desired. Experience on multi-threaded Java programming and server clustering technologies is preferable. Knowledge of real-time communication protocols, such as SIP, MRCP would be a plus.  Strongly self-motivated on problem solving and learning new technologies Excellent team player and comfortable in a highly dynamic environment.
