JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. This is a Field Sales role where the incumbent would be responsible to manage Dells partners in the Commercial space & drive Sales for the entire range of Dells product lines. Experience in selling Servers, Storage and networking is an advantage.

  3. Identify business trends and leverage strengths of the channel partners to create a differentiated offering and position Dell to capture business.
  4. Work with Dells partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
  5. Identify cost effective and practical alternatives for the channel by bundling products/service solutions to maximize Dells opportunity while meeting customers needs.
  6. Use complimentary solutions from the Channel as a competitive strategy.
  7. Develop, motivate and coordinate Dell sales team and Partners sales team to optimize sales execution.
  8. Identify and qualify new partners.
  9. Interface with the channel team to ensure that service level agreements are met.
  10. Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required, PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, achelors Degree , MBA would be an advantage
