JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibility Areas Organizing database Generation of leads through telecalling Updating of Telesales module Follow-up with sales team on lead status Tasks & Duties For Each KRA Organizing database Planning Understand the key industry segments contributing to each product. Identify the sources of data related to these industry segments. Procure database from identified sources. Keep track of industry and market news to spot business opportunities early through various media. Communicate with various industry associations, database management organizations for procurement of identified database. Read business magazines, newspapers, industry journals and browse to update on latest industry news. Reports from EDP such as product wise market segment report, lost and declining reports. Generation of leads through telecalling Planning Understand the product wise sales performance of the branch and plan telecalling activity based on products focused by sale steam for new business additions as part of regional/company strategy. Make a list of follow-ups for the day based on telesales module updates.
