Job Description:
- listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails arrange meetings with potential customers for new business
- responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
- acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential customers
- negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- gathering market and customer information
- negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and operations team
- gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
- making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- feeding future buying trends back to line manager
- Collect the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information & initiatives and analyze the same with the help of line
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of upselling
- Minimum one year of sales experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
Work Experience: 1 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
