JOB DESCRIPTION
- Subject matter expert for
Projectors & Projector solutions
- Graduation is a minimum requirements,
MBA would be an advantage
- 10+ years Business development /
Channel sales / B2B sales exp. in projector business
- Strong analytical skills,
business and financial skills
- Excellent communication skills,
both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal and
leadership skills
- This is an Individual
contributor role where the incumbent would drive & deliver on Dells
Projector business result, driving effective sales engagement. (S)he will
ensure an effective funnel build on all projector products across all
channels. Other key tasks involve monitoring and analyzing current product
and new product trends, marketing strategies and pricing strategies.
- Success in this role will depend
on the self-starter that takes ownership of the role; driving
cross-functional initiatives that enhance Dell's ability to articulate the
core value of these focus categories.
- The role would be a pan-India
- Developing the India business
plan and strategy for the direct and indirect channel
- Maximizing the P&L for the
projector category including units, revenue and margin
- Responsibility for
implementation and execution of the business plan and strategy
- Define Category tactics &
rollout plans for the channel
- Provide information and training
collateral on all new product launches
- Influence product roadmaps,
feature sets and product improvements based on customer feedback
- Build direct relationships with
key resellers/distributors and be direct point of contact
- Work closely with key partners
in other Product Group team, MarCom teams, Services, Brand, Supply/Demand and
Pricing to ensure seamless execution on product offerings
- Attend relevant Product group
core team meetings and represent/provide input.
